UK Delivery information (including the Channel Islands)

To minimize carbon footprint we aim to dispatch our orders three days a week, Monday, Wednesday
and Friday.

Price guide

· UK delivery by Royal Mail, 1st Class Tracked: £5.55 or FREE when you spend over £40

Normally arrives in 1-2 business days

We use Royal Mail and Evri for orders delivered within the UK, including the Channel Islands. You will
be able to choose and view your delivery method and handling fees at checkout before you complete your order. All Signed For delivery orders will be provided with tracking information once
their order has been dispatched.

If you require a specific delivery date, or need to receive an order urgently, please contact us on
07967185070 to arrange this. We will always try to help you out!

Please note: Delivery fees are non-refundable.

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly offer a refund or exchange.
Returned items must be returned to us within 14 days of purchase, in their original condition.

We highly recommend that you insure all returned packages as a full credit can only be issued if the
package is not lost or damaged.

Please send an email to info@sackito.com to notify us of the item you are returning and the reason
for your return and include a photo if possible. We do not cover the cost of the return postage.
