User Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions form part of the agreement between Sackito and their Customers. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions you must not use the website.

Sackito can be accessed on a website at the address www.sackito.com at the same time, in the form of an online shop. By using the Sackito website you accept these Terms and Conditions.

Sackito has been designed mainly as a shop to allow its customers to purchase recycled bags and accessories.

The trading name “Sackito”, the internet address “sackito.com” and the Sackito logo are the intellectual property of Maria Isabel Skelly and may not be used, copied or reproduced in any form without the specific permission of the owner.

Sackito does not guarantee that the website will be fault free and do not accept liability for any errors or omissions.

By registering on the website and clicking login you recognise having read and accepted all these general Terms and Conditions.

Sackito reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The modified Terms and Conditions will be binding on all users from the time of publication on the website. By continuing to use the service after we post any such changes, you accept these Terms and Conditions, as modified.

We reserve the right to deny access to this website, or any service provided via this website to anyone who violates this agreement or who, in our judgment, interferes with the ability of others to enjoy this website, or infringes the rights of others.

Ordering

We will send you an email no later than 24 hours after receipt of your order as confirmation. If the goods are not immediately available we will inform you of the expected delivery times in the order confirmation email. All queries and emails will be answered within 48 hours.

We reserve the right to reject orders should they not pass our stringent security checks.

 

Return / Exchange / Refund Policy

Exchanges are handled as a return and reorder. We endeavour to supply only the highest quality product and believe you will be delighted with your purchase. However, for your own peace of mind all purchases are covered by our 14 day exchange or refund policy. If you are not completely satisfied with the goods, please inform us within seven days of your receipt of the goods, and you may return them in the original packaging. On our receipt of the goods in suitable condition we will either exchange the items or refund the value of the goods to your card.

If you are not completely satisfied with your goods, please inform us within seven working days, you may return them to us and we will either exchange items or refund the value of the goods. We recommend that you send returns by recorded post or at least obtain a certificate of posting. Goods should be returned in their original packaging at your expense to the following address;

We cannot be held responsible for goods lost or stolen in transit. When we receive your return, we will issue a credit to your card used for the original transaction, for the cost of the item including taxes. Delivery fees are non-refundable. Damage Policy

What if my purchased item arrives damaged?

Email info@sackito.com or call 07967185070 for assistance with your damage claim. Please reference your order number in your communication. If goods being returned are faulty or we have sent incorrect goods we will credit your return postage costs (you may send the goods back to us using recorded delivery or guaranteed services but we can only refund the approximate first class postage cost. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Prices

Goods are charged at price shown on the product pages on the date the customer places the order. Prices are correct at time of publication. Our website is regularly updated. We put every effort into updating website information, product descriptions, prices, photos and other details. Though we try to ensure all information and images are correct occasionally there may be mistakes. We cannot be held responsible for website errors if they are genuine mistakes. If you buy any products from us based on wrong information we will replace or refund the product so long as it is unused. While every effort is made to ensure that accurate pricing and descriptions are maintained, we reserve the right to decline orders if they are based on inaccurate information by either party.
